PREPARING FOR A MINDFUL RETURN TO WORK

WHAT: We will guide a group discussion to help support you in:

• Maintaining your milk supply when returning to work

• Creating a pumping schedule

• Tips for milk handling and storage

• Navigating conversations with your colleagues and employer

• Work- life integration, boundaries, schedules and childcare concerns

WHEN: Friday January 31st @ 10am via Google Meet (a secure link will be emailed to you), 60 minute session, babies in arms always welcome!
