So you’ve finally “arrived” and are now pregnant, congratulations! And while I know you are daydreaming of the moment you’ll get to meet your baby, you might start to notice triggers around food and body image. It seems there is no other time in life where there is so much focus on nutrition as there is when you are pregnant. And sure, you can google your way to finding out what foods to focus on but my nutrition counseling program for pregnancy goes BEYOND the numbers.
If you have struggled with your weight throughout your life, have spent time dieting or struggled with disordered eating or an eating disorder, pregnancy and postpartum can be incredibly triggering.
