RENOURISHING we focus on food first and ensure there are no large gaps in your diet that might increase inflammation. This includes a thorough evaluation of your current dietary patterns, medications, lab work ups and supplements and most importantly, that you are eating enough.
REFINING we focus on refining our strategies to target specific changes and use behavioral modification to implement sustainable changes (no calorie counting, tracking macros etc required!)
OPTIMIZING we focus on optimizing your lifestyle on a holistic level which includes: exercise evaluation, stress management evaluation of common lifestyle products such as personal care products and household products that can impact your reproductive capacity.
